Madeline went through a phase this summer when fresh blueberries were literally the only thing she wanted to eat. We'd offer other "favorites" -- cheese, green peas, strawberries, anything. Nope. The only thing the child would eat with any reliability? Blueberries. I was a little afraid she'd actually be blue!
yes, they are frozen (but very small, no bigger than peas.) if fresh were cheaper and stayed good longer, i'd totally go with those, since they are so much cleaner to eat! (but then we wouldn't have this cute photo, would we?

Does he by any chance eat FROZEN blueberries? When I nannied, the kiddos loved them frozen!
