i had entirely too much fun working to prepare a tea for them, and actually getting to use some of the teacups my mother has gotten for me for my growing collection. i had wanted to make it a picnic on a beautiful hill in my neighborhood, but it poured the night before and threatened to deliver more of the same that day, so we played it safe inside.
R and S, i love you and will miss you both so much! but R, i think you are right, i am sure it is not the last time we will gather around a warm brewing pot and stick our pinkys in the air! i'll be praying for you both over the next few weeks with all the transition and work you have ahead of you. you are true sisters in Christ, and i have valued your friendship and your fellowship more than you can know.

You will be just a few short months behind us. That is a promise. A reunion. ;) You were a wonderful hostess and it was wonderful to be served. A tea with Christmas music was indeed the best!!!
