despite being tired and cranky from errands and teething, caleb had some really great moments today.
he babbled more today than any other day so far, it was almost constant, and the star of the show was the raspberry sound he would make with his tongue and the roof of his mouth.
i responded by making the sound myself and then blowing a raspberry on his cheek. without missing a beat his leaned over and blew a raspberry on me. twice.
he laughed a hard laugh that almost qualified as a guffaw.
he stopped playing a few times just to lean his head against my chest, look up at me, and smile.
just remembering it leaves my mommy-heart all fuzzy and warm.
