Because my mom guilted me... lovingly... and because we're taking her grandbabies across the country in a couple of months...

I will return to blogging. FINE. i cave. i tried to give it up, but it's just no use.

but i have to start small or i'll never finish a post. so here are pictures of noah, now almost 20 months, after his first haircut.

i let caleb's hair get much longer before I cut it, but then caleb was a neat eater compared to noah. noah has not fully enjoyed a meal until he's shared it with his hair. I really didn't want to cut it... it makes him look too grown up! but trying to pry special K and cottage cheese out of 4 inch long hair was getting seriously old. so here is my baby, looking not so much like a baby anymore.

in other news...

SEB IS HOME!

he's been home for about a week, took his boards, and is now just adjusting to being back home again. caleb is super excited and wants lots of 'daddy time' and noah is jealous any time he feels left out of the action. he may have gotten to know his daddy over the internet for the past year but that clearly hasn't stopped them from forming a bond. we're all so happy to be together again!
