it's (sorta) all set

i've known for some time that i would be coming back to the mainland this year, just wasn't sure when. well, i bought the tickets, and since they're nonrefundable, barring serious injury or the end of the world as we know it, i will be back on the north american continent from 10/21-11/14.

i plan on spending the vast majority of that time with my family in springfield, but the first couple of days will be in st louis, seeing seb's folks, and there's a good chance i'll be swinging up to kirksville on the 'scenic route' to springfield, to check in on our house and new tenants, and to see the few friends who might still be around. mat, marbree, i know you'll be gone, and i can't tell you how awful it is to know i'll be all the way back there and probably not get to see you (sniff). i'll just have to give erika an extra strong hug to make up for it, and hope she doesn't sue.

i know this is a long ways off, and i also know that my 'blog' readership is probably reaching about 3 people, but just 'in case' you're reading this and think you'll be anywhere near me during that time frame, give me a ring (you can do it then, not now.) more details as to when i'll be where will come when i know it myself.

i'm so excited!!! i've missed my family sooooo much, i can't wait to see them.

i also can't wait to wear sweaters again ;)
