the inside is nice, BUT

one of the things i am most happy about in our new house is the back yard. it has soft lush grass, a fence to keep loose dogs out and little boys in, a sandbox, and both screened and non-screened sections of the porch where momma and daddy can sit to keep an eye out. 

 (it's not as fancy as paw-paw's pond but a bucket and some water does the job for plunking rocks)

almost the entire yard is shaded by the house in the afternoon and evening, and even when it's rainy we've had fun on the screened porch. we're getting him a climber soon, and i look forward to spending a lot of time out here letting caleb spend some energy and entertain himself while momma is tending to noah.

the only problem with the back yard is trying to get caleb to come in when the time is up!
